What extent should the President’s power to grant pardons be judicially reviewable?

UntitledAs per Article 72 and 161 of Indian Constitution, there is a power to grant pardon, which has an object to provide mercy, forgiveness, and amnesty to the person. The object of providing the pardon can be achieved only if the appropriate authority gives it.
