A coin have two sides similarly internet also have two sides one is good and another is bad. Good side indicates that the internet is become too beneficent for the people as anyone can say that without accessing of internet, the person feels incomplete by oneself today’s scenario and most of the people say that ‘accessing of internet’ comes under the fundamental rights. But in other hand this internet creating worst situation not only for the single country but also foe the whole world.
Now a days, we can easily see the cyber crime case because of wrongful internet activities. The world going for this modern technology and every country contribute in this field but who knew that these online progressive facilities will create too much difficulties. Society theft scenes are occurring through the internet and many other offences also going through this way.
Cyber terrorism is only one and biggest growing terrorism at the global level. Society going through this cyber terror because these all means. The person sustain himself as like that anytime he can have to face against any cyber offence.
In todays’ scenario, person searches the way to protect himself from these unfavorable activities. For the maintaining dignity of the person from these cyber crimes, Information Technology Act, 2002 passed by the parliament of India and the cyber offences also covered under the Indian Penal Code, 1860. By the law provisions, the court give order for compensation to the victim as well as imprisonment to the culprit.
