Prof. (Dr.) Sanoj Rajan

Prof. Rajan is Dean at Ansal University Gurgaon and an Affiliate Expert with Harvard Humanitarian Initiative at Harvard University, USA. He is also acting as the pro bono coordinator and a visiting faculty for the International Criminal Justice program offered by the International Christian University at Kinshasa, Congo. Before that he worked as the Associate Director for Humanitarian Policy and Conflict Research (HPCR) at the Harvard University, Massachusetts, USA where he led International Humanitarian Law and International Criminal Law research and policy initiatives. Prior to that, Prof. Rajan was heading the academic programs division of the International Committee of the Red Cross for the South Asian countries. He also has taught law under University of Kerala at the initial period of his career. He has lectured extensively on International Law topics at various institutions in more than ten countries including the International Criminal Court at The Hague and Harvard University, USA. He has widely published and presented papers in conferences and seminars at national and international level. A Commonwealth Scholar, Prof. Rajan holds PhD, LLM in International Law, Mst. in Human Rights (Oxford) (expected), and a MBA in Personnel Management.

Prof Pushpesh K Pant (Padma Shri)


Formerly, Professor of International Relations at JNU, he served in the Executive and Academic Councils of various Universities. He was also the Course Director for the IFS probationers training programme at the School of International Studies. He designed and developed the basic course on Indian Foreign Policy for the IFS Institute. Professor Pant has supervised numerous PhD and MPhil candidates. He was also an Advisor to the Department of Culture and to the Steering Committee for Technological Missions, Department of Science and Technology, Government of India. He has been a Visiting Professor at the Indian Academy of International Law and Diplomacy and at University of Lucknow. He was also Member of the Institute of Defense Studies and Analyses and Member of the Indian Council of World Affairs. He has been advisor to the National Book Trust of India, and Member, Committee on Youth Tourism, Ministry of Tourism, Government of India. He has worked extensively with the media including radio and television programmes. Professor Pant has contributed research articles in prominent journals including India Quarterly, International Studies and IDSA Journal, and newspaper columns and articles in reputed newspapers including, The Times of India, Hindustan Times, Economic Times, The Hindu, The Hindustan Times and The Tribune.

Currently teaching the subjects of Intellectual Property Rights and Constitutional Law at Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. Pursuing Ph.D in the area of food security law from Faculty of Law, Jamia Millia Islamia.

Mr. Sirohi has  rich and varied legal experience in the form of court appearances before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, Central Administrative Tribunal, District Courts and Arbitration Tribunals throughout the country in matters of criminal law, service matters, matrimonial cases and government litigation.
